Michele Lundeen - Song inside me
(Milestone music)
www.michelelundeen.com

Soul deep debut album by San Diego, Ca ‘s sassy mama Michele Londeen

Michele Lundeen, a tremolo voice rhythm & blues singer whose timber reminds the great Cold Blood’s Lydia Pense is a consummate entertainer and better known in her area as the “Queen of Steam“, as the press release describes her.
Helped by a ace team including Austin deLone on organ ( seen one year ago in Europe with the Howard Tate’s band, previously with HomeCooking, Dan Hicks, early Elvis Costello); Johnny “V” Vernazza ( of Elvin Bishop’s fame ) and Tom Evans ( Roy Rogers’s favourite bass player), Michele is safe at home all along the energetic 12 songs.
Lundeen is an earthy, rootsy, raunchy, same time raucous, robust singer whose tone is easily recognizable and better suited to rhythm & blues oriented songs as “voodoo man “.
“Song inside me“ is an honest album as a starter and good representation of a talented singer. Great songs will do the rest.
